在规定的时间内，向防护区内喷放一定质量的干粉灭火剂，并使其均匀地充满该防护区，扑救该防护区内初起火灾的灭火方式。
2.1.4 局部应用灭火方式 local application fire extinguishingway
向保护物体或设备直接喷放干粉灭火剂，扑救其初起火灾的灭火方式。
